What is connectivity in SAP crm?..

Answer / crm yogi

Connectivity as already pointed means connecting SAP CRm to
other SAP or non SAP systems. CRM can be connected to ERP ,
APO systems using middleware or using XIF to other 3rd
party systems . In XIF data exchange happens via IDocs/ALE.
CRM can also be connected vis PI [ or XI ] to support
proxy , IDocs, etc.

connectivity is nothing but connecting the servers from crm
to any other system (sap or non sap)
using through middle ware we can connect the systems
sap crm is collection of adaptors ,

AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE ITS IS "XCM" Xchange Configuration
Management...

when it comes to Mobile(mkting, sales,service) the device
is called "MAS" Mobile Application Studio" thru this
