We have ZR22G-100-S-A-E-T-T--E-A/CV/F1 Model Zirconia Oxygen analyser which is Yokogawa make. I kept the analyser in Flue gas path at Air pre heater area. My plant is 7.5MW Biomass power plant. For a particular fuel, Coconut Husk which contains Sodium and Potassium chlorides iam not getting proper reading, Analyser output always Zero. I calibrated the analyser and it is OK. For Other fuels like Wood chips, Cholam waste, DOB, Groundnutshells, Ply wood waste and all iam getting actual percentage of Oxygen. What is the main reason behind this draw back?

I am teja. I am studying Msc(tech) Electronics and Instrumentation (3years course) in Andhra university. But my course is not recognised by UGC and AICTE. Please tell me the job opportunities after this course. And i fineshed PLC course in IGIAT ,Vizag.Also complted my short term coure in SCADA, Seimans WinCC in ATI,Hyd.After Msc can i join Mtech for good job? or phd. How i can get good job in INdustrial Automation Side. Please give replay.Because this is my life matter.

if I did short to both AO connections, channel will burn or what? m sure in AI it will damage to channel. But what will happens in AO?

In control valve proximity inductive sensor is taken as digital feedback for full open and full close.Normally its volts 24v when the sensor acts the feed back voltage 14v so that our relay not indicating in plc panel . kindly give the solution.
