it depends on the mix ratio.i give the quantity for c.m 1:5
area to be plastered=96.77sq.m(300 sq ft)
thickness of coat=12mm
volume of mortar required=96.77*.012=1.161m3
sand required for 1.161m3=1.161m3
cement required=(weight of cement in 1m3/mix ratio)*total volume
=(1440/5)*1.161=335kg
