Answer / ayyappan
There is a field in the role assignment screen of su01 by
which "Start Date and "End Date" of a role can be set.
So During the first attempt of the user A the role may
already be present but inactive because of the "Start
Date" condition and it became active the next day so he was
successfull.

if the role that containg the t.code su01 is add directly to
the user A , i that case user A has to log off and log on.so
the user master records are adjusted.in ur situation also

There are two possibilities:
1. Uers A's role in which Tcode: SU01 is defined, must be
valied from next day.
or
2. In many organizations, an automated user comparison
report PFCG_TIME_DEPENDENCY will be run in the background in
offpeak hours. This program will do the user comparison for
all the uncompared roles.

Hi,
SAP Application Server is designed in such a manner that if
a same Tcode is being used by different users at same
instance of time then a lock is enable at back ground
unless the first user comes out of the T Code SU01 and the
second user who is trying to make use of the same Tcode
SU01 at the same time then this user will not be able to
access that Tcode SU01 till the previous user comes out of
that TCode SU01 .one can view the logged in user
information and Tcode being used with the help of
TCode "SM50 for locally logged in users and SM66 for
globally logged in users. So,for this reason you are not
able to access Tcode SU01 the previous day and was able to
access the same code next day.

Hi,
In this Scenario there are many users with assigned with
SU01 profile and the work of SU01 is to create User and for
example if UserB is trying to make changes by entering
TCode SU01 ,here lock entries take place or the enqueue
process work behind where unless and untill UserB comes out
of SU01 UserA cannot make use of SU01 TCode once UserB
comes out of SU01 the lock entry gets unlock and UserA can
make use of SU01 TCode ,here in the above scenario the same
thing happened where UserA was unable to Access SU01 as
lock entry or enqueue process tries to hold or Lock UserA
from entering into SU01 TCode.
