ITEM CATEGORY IS DETERMINED IN TRANSACTION BASED ON
-FOUR FACTORS:

SALES DOC TYPE + ITEM CATEGORY GROUP + USAGE + HIGHER LEVEL
ITEM CATEGORY---->(DETERMINES) ITEM CATEGORY.
