SUPPOSE A CIRCUIT BREAKER HAS TRIPPED THE THE LINE WHEN A FAULT OCCUR ON IT.NOW WHEN THE FAULT HAS BEEN CLEARED, HOW THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WILL CLOSE AUTOMATICALLY NOT MANUALLY.
