What is the difference between ARC & SPARK?
Answers were Sorted based on User's Feedback
An electric arc is an electrical breakdown of a gas which
produces an ongoing plasma discharge, resulting from a
current flowing through normally nonconductive media such
as air.A spark is triggered when the electric field
strength exceeds approximately 4–30 kV/cm—the dielectric
field strength of air.arc is continuous discharge whereas
spark is momentary.votage developed due to arc is
comparitively lower.example for natural spark is lightng
where the potential difference between cloud n grnd is very
high.
