HI in HR only recruitment is not d field whr u can excel in your future. HR is a waste field whr u can b in Hr generalist, labour law, admin, training and development, counsellor, etc.

apart from recruitment HR role include each and every job
related to the employee starting from his day one in the
organisation until he leaves the org. like after recruiting
training and development, motivation, counsiling,
appreciation, etc
