I would like to explore new opportunities and challenges
out side my current organization, which i feel will help me
to accelerate my career growth. also i feel i should show
the guts to come out from comfort zone to get new
opportunities which will help me in long run.

Since from my childhood i learning that we have to reach our goal by step by step means smaller to larger , That's why i make my self stronger in small company once i thought that now i capable to work for larger company , i came towards this company , i wanna put my all efforts for this company growth because if company grow automatically my career will grow ,,,,,,,,,,,hope never dies
