key fields-data rel for sd-define sales status-here select
the status go to details.. block for order make it A. Ie it
will become error instead of warning..

Yes,u have to go to the MM02 & there go to sales Org 1 tab
page there u maintain cross distribution chain after that
this material is block for sales.if block amaterial for
plant then u should maintain in MM02 basic data 1 Cross
distribution plant & also if u block a material for
procurement then u should maintain in cross distribution
purchasing data.

if I'm wrong plz suggest me.

this just locked the material master not to be blocked its sales order.

Thanx for that rashmi...but even after performing those
steps...the system is still accepting the sales order after
giving the warning message...i've already tried a lot of
times with all those 3 steps mentioned by you...it gives
the warning message..but when you press enter again..it
will accept the transaction...any other step that can be
done..pls refer back...thanx.

Dear Rashmi,

Kindly check the valid from date field across the X
distribution chain status or D-chain specific status.. In
whichever cases you block the material, kindly set the
valid from dates as on or before the date of order
creation.Kindly getback if you have further queries

Yes u can block the material/customer by going to t.codes
(mm06/xd06) and there u can block or delete the concerned
material/customer master records.

mmo2 , sales org 2 Xdist chain /Dchain specific. drill down
list and impact on system can be configure by
SM30 -> V-TVMS maintain
scenario: blocking material for quatation , free gods
contracts delivery..etc

Hello,

First check with the message type that is showing up with
the information message
If the application is M7 and number is 127 then you can
change the warning message to error message which should
stop from processing the sales document further.
Menu Path:
SPRO--> Materials Management --> Inventory management and
Physical Inventory --> Define attributes of system
messages --> Setting for system attributes -->
select the number 127 and change the category from "W"
to "E".
Revert back if you find it useful.

you can block the customer by VD05 tcode.

Also to block customer we can do its setting in mm06.

The whse had to go to manual mode and we have been left with deliveries that were not created. Is VL10H the tcode I would use to upload data from an excel or text file to create the deliveries in mass? If so, what are the steps to follow? Thank you!
