If a background job runs more than the time it should be
completed normally then what are the actions to be performed?

Hi friends,
First and foremost thing ,we need to inform that
user who has scheduled,then we will get inforamation about
the backgroung job.If the developer wants to kill the
job ...then go to sm50 and select the btc work process
cancel with core and secondly execute sm37 then select the
btc job kill.If there is any mistakes in my ans revert back
me .

I think we need to check other system parameters and decide
why its taking more time. Check ST01,02,04,06.

In operation modes i have schedule some jobs in off peak but the jobs are not completed with in time of off peak what happen at this time whether they wait until jobs complet or change to peak mode ? off peak time interval is from 6.0 pm to 6.0 am and peak time interval is from 6.0 am to 6.0 pm
