SLA means "SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT"
IT is a agreement between clint and company,
for "service deliviery" they will have some perameters
depends on companies.

SLA are used in Production Support. When any issue arise
client the details to your Proj Mgr. He analysis and
allocate work to one of consultant with a time basis.
