Sales deal promotion price means for a specific product for
a period of time there will be some sales promotion were
the price will be less than MRP.

Price agreement means an agreement between customer and
vendor for a specific product or wide range of product with
a specific price mentioned in their agreement.

Sales Deal : Is more for providing discount to customer.

But with Promotion in place , you can manage you budget for particular Promotional activity. This is not possible only with Sales Deal.
