He cannot work on all the screens

The work is carried in eitehr development screen or QUALITY
SCREEN BUT NOT ON prod screen

As per my experience a support consultant need all the server access like DEV, QAS, & PRD. but in production live system we need only display access for which he can vie the error and he can analyze and test in quality system, if required he can replicate the same issue in quality system.
