Solution manager we can use as support tool like other Support tool Remedy,HPSM..

Also we have user solution manager extensively for TR movements between SAP landscape.

It will have different login ...like other sap systems.

we have already using static credit check, but for a particular customer we want dynamic credit check from next month how to do this (for one customer only )since it s only for one customer we need to do in master data only, should not go for configuration settings. please provide possible solutions

Hi Friends, Can any one of you give me /share the difficult / most challenging High priority / Emergency /medium tickets as this question is asked more frequently in all SAP SD interviews. Please provide 2-3 most difficult/ typical rare issues /tickets which can be explained easily in interview.
