we will get tickets through mails in support projects they
will be categorised into different categories. based on ur
responsibilities u will get ur work after solving the
problem u will send a mail to ur enduser who is in
production server and will keep one mail to ur team leadr
answer along with ticket,(we work in development server)
that may locate in client or company location depends

Every query which are generated from the ticket are consider as request and based on the priority from the client we resolve the issue.

Priorities can be classified as high medium and low and based on the priority we have the resolve or close the ticket with the specified period of time.

Hi I have created new enterprise structure I am receiving an error message during t-code: MB1C The exact error message is as follows: "Control Indicators for Controlling area 3333 does not exist for fiscal year 2009" pls help me how to resolve this issue. hi experts, when i am creating delivery with resepct to sales order. system throwing error saying that no schedule line due for delivering up to the selected date. i changed the delivery date in sale order. i checked in vov8 and mm02. i could not find the solution. please give me the solution to above said error. thank you very much and warm regards

Status Profile I have a doubt in Status Profile. I have set the status profile and I can see the same in order, however please confirm if the authorized person now needs to approve it, how he will do that. I am testing it in IDES, not sure about the last step For example if it is VA01- Will he go to VA01 to approve it or reject it. Please suggest as I am not sure about the last step.
