Client Refresh is a process / mechanisum, in which data in
a target client(development, quality) is usually
overwritten by upated data from a production client. There
are two ways by which it can be achived (1) Client Copy &
(2) Client Export

I guess System Refresh is usually carried out to check the
backup & restore mechanisum in a test enviornment.

To put it simple System refresh are thoese System copy and
client refresh are client copy

Client refresh:Modyfing Client dependent data.

The system refersh is nothing but the deletion of the client and replacing the data from other client. For example : you have clients 100, 200 and 300. Suppose when you want to refresh the client 100 you remove the client 100 and replace it with 200 0r 300 as per your reqiurement.
Mostly the refresh of clients will be happen at the time of development stage.

system refresh updates ALL client in your system. this is usually done through a system copy (copy of whole database) client refresh only refreshes one client. if your system only has one production client, I would go with a system refresh.
