Billing type and Delivery type.
for Cash sales billing type - BV , Delivery Type - BV
For Rush Order Billing Type - F2 , Delivery Tye - LF

In both rush order and cash sales, order date=delivery date
but.......
In Rush order we get the invoice later
while in Cash sales we get the invoice immediately.

also..
rush order is relevant for delivery
cash ales is relevant for billing
