First of all we maintain a communication protocol between Plc and drive then only operate i.e modbus communication

All plc's work under four checks
Ai - Analog I/p
Ao- Analog o/p
Di - dig I/p
Do- Dig o/p
Commands like Motor on & Off are Do's
Commands like Drive operation, control valves operations means any type of partial operations between its low range and high range will be AO
Inputs are of 3 major types , (0-5) V DC, (0-10)v DC & (4-20) mA
All types of feedbacks like proximity ( PNP,Npn ) then feebbacks like actuator open/close, Motor on/off/trip, Feeder healthy/not healthy will be Digital inputs

warning lamp does not light, but it does light when the wire from the lamp going to the sending unit is grounded (the part that plugs into the sending unit) what does this indicate)?
