BBS Stands for Bar Bending Schedule.
For a 600mm * 600mm Foundation and 50 mm cover
Cutting length will be
= 600-left cover - right cover
=600-50-50
=500mm

Cover=100
So = 500
if steel is 8mm then
500-2*.008* no of bends
Total Cutting length after deduction=.468
