Tell bom header level & component level
The finished goods (Material) for which you are creating a BOM is called Header leve. for finished material if you have components like "A" and "B", this level is called 1st component level. if you have raw materials "c" and "d" for semi finished goods "A", this is called 2nd level BOM and so on.
