feed water temperature will be very high ie above design temperature.so super heater temperature will be very high .there is a chance of SH tube rupture due to less heat exchange.also we have to load gradually and loading on BFP will be more.

We can take CRH extraction line(HPH 6) in line during lit up but at that time pressure of CRH line must be >5 kg/cm2 and corresponding degree of super heating must be >100 'C

why high pressure heater will take after sufficient pressure? what happen when high pressure heater will take from COLD REHEAT line at light up time when hp and lp by pass in service.(means can we heater take at low pressure?)
