what happen when high pressure heater will take from COLD
REHEAT line at light up time when hp and lp by pass in
service.(means can we heater take at low pressure?)

feed water temperature will be very high ie above design temperature.so super heater temperature will be very high .there is a chance of SH tube rupture due to less heat exchange.also we have to load gradually and loading on BFP will be more.
