300-40-40=220
600-40-40=520
For hook (10 times the dia meter of the bar)
so for 8mm = (80mm)
For bending (minus) 5X2d=5x2x8=80mm
Now the cutting length of the bar will be =
520+520+220+220+80+80-80
= 1560mm

ring size =220x520mm

So,

Cutting Length = 2 (520+220) + 10x8
= 2(740)+80
= 1480+80=1560 mm
