Ticket means problem raised by end user when they user the production bi server means live system. Whenever they get any problem in any case they raise that, some call it as issue too but most common terminology is ticket.
When the ticket is posted it will have in different states..new, open and close:-
1. New means ticket is new.
2. Open means some one is working on that ticket.
3. Closed means ticket is resolved.
Ticket will have the priorities low, normal and high depending on the SLA. SLA means SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND THE CLIENT accordingly ticket will be resolved.
*High means mostly it should be resolved in 3 to 5 business hours.
*Normal means it will go for 2 to 3 days.
*Low means there is no time bound.

IN sales order for a line item for that material i want the updated price for that particular line item instead of every time going to vk11 and changing the price for that material i want the updated price for eg if the material cost is 100 rs and updated price is 110 rs i want the updated price to be trigger for that material when we give that in va01 with out maintaing in vk11

My client want EK02 as mandatory we are using MTO scenarios. I have selected EK02 in Pricing Procedure as Mandatory but when i try to create sales order it says condition record is missing for EK02 when i try to Create condition record VK11 and enter EK02 it say no access sequence for EK02. Their is no access sequence in condition type EK02 in spro Please help me out with EK02 as i want it MANDATORY. Need steps to configure it...

the condition type DIFF is not triggered in sales order.in the sales order if 2 line items are there from two different plants.for one material it is showing error but for the other it is working fine.what could be the reason?
