Starting

1. Log on to the host of your central system as the SAP administrator <sid>adm.
2. Enter startsap ALL to start SAP NetWeaver Java.
The database, all Java instances, and all other processes for your system are started on this host.
Stopping
3. Log on to the host of your central system as the SAP administrator <sid>adm.
4. Enter stopsap J2EE to stop SAP NetWeaver Java.

startsap name=<SID> nr=<Intance no> SAPDIAHOST= <hostname>
or Use Jcmon to stop java

In Web browser, call URL:http://<host>:<port> to start SAP
MNCie:
■<host> -where the application server is installed.
■<port> -sapstartsrv service port. The port number is
5<instance_number>13. For example, if the instance number
is 60, the port is 56013.
This starts the SAP MC Java applet. If your browser
displays a security warning message, choose the option that
indicates that you trust the applet.
The SAP MC automatically displays the instances installed
on the local host. If you need to monitor and administer
remote systems or instances, you have to register them in
the SAP MC
1.Select the system you want to stop/start and choose
