REM IS USEFUL FOR MAKING THE COSTING AND THE MATERIAL USED
WILL NOT VARY ,MOSTLY PLAN IS RUN IN THE MONTH STARTING
LESS BOMS, BUT IN SHEDULING IT WILL AFFECT WHEN BREAK DOWN
