If stone dust is full of fine partical then the w/c will
increse and the demand of cement will also increase, it is
disadvantage and advantage is you can use as a filler with
fine aggregate it will reduse your cost.

The silt content of fine aggregate can not be more than 5% in structural concrete, and dust partical comes under the defination of silt.
In short dust, or artificial sand with dust content of more than 5% should not be used.
