How can we find out the roles that got directly generated
into Production & not imported from Quality System? Please
note, you don't have any Quality user id.

PLease check it through table E071.
Object type - ACGR
Object Name - Role Name
It will provide you list of transport request raised for corresponding role.
If transport request is missing then it will not show you the result.it means role is created in production system and not imported from quality system.

we never create a role in prd in any curcumstances,we create
role in dev and transport it to qas&prd.

I think,we don't find directly in production system.Request
must come from QUA system.We can't transport directly from
DEV system.If any emergency cases we can just create roles
in PRD system and after finished his work we just delete it.
NOTE: I'm not sure.As per my knowledge i said.If there is
any mistakes,Excuse me.
