Customizing Requests are Client dependent, Role Creation, Role Modification, Role Deletion Comes under the customizing request, because changes are specific / related to a client.

WorkBench Requests are Client Independent (Changes made will apply to all clients in the system) Logical system, Authorization group, su24 (changes) and usr40 (table changes) all these changes comes under WorkBench requests.

This is in continuataion to the previous question. a user is assigned with tcode SA38.how to restrict him to execute only a few reports,say rsusr003.If you're going to modify the role(having sa38) assigned to the user,that will affect other users also because that role might be assigned to multiple users.I don' want that to happen.so what is the solution?

I have a custom tables, for which I created auth group, which contains another 2 tables. Now I have assigned this table to user, but still he cannot access the table. What's the reason? User buffer is fine and not exceeded.
