They both are belong to automatic credit check .
The only difference is Dynamic contains a time
/horizon/attach period .This time period used by the system
where we specify time in months .EX: 2 months .System will
use this period to take open orders ,open deliveries etc. to
get credit exposure .
Within this attached time period not after this specified
period, suppose u have to do delivery after this horizon
period say 3 months latter the delivery date so system will
not calculate this date .
thanks

Hi,
Static Credit Check: It is the check in which all the values
from open orders to the unpaid delivered goods values are
added up and compared against the credit limit and these
values could be in any stage whether it is in just ordering
stage, or delivery stage, billing stage, billed stage, or
from the past delivereies. System takes up all the values
without any time period.
Dynamic credit check: In this type of check, system checks
from fresh order to already delivered goods which are unpaid
within the particular time period.
For example ; company say s the credit check to be performed
within two dates (Horizon dates) then the system just adds
up all the values of those period only but doesn’t check the
unpaid value before that period, and in that way company
might loose the record of such unpaid values.

Static and Dynamic both belongs to Automatic Credit Control.
Difference is Dynamic has Horizon Period. And any open order if the delivery creation date
is exceeding horizon date then it will not update in credit management.
But Static don't consider it. It includes all means all open (orders, deliveries, invoices and receivables )

Hi
Static check consider open orders/deliveries/billings and
receivables. suppose it is < = credit limit it will allow
u to process further or = > credit limit it will stop.
Dynamic Check will calculate open deliveries/billings and
receivables. Here the extra control is Horizon date. While
preparing the sales order the delivery should happen with
in the horizon date, then it will check open deliveries/
billings and receivables. If it is under limit it will
allow you for further process or else it will stop..
Hopw this will help you..
Please respond it iam wrong...
