HR is Human resource, in this resource includes Finance
part as well..coz in HR dept there will be different
categories and dept's, Even Finance is also plays a major
role in any dept's. So there is no difference between HR
and Finance. In easy way ,HR relates to front office and
Finance relates to back office.
