First of all I think their should be no impression on you
that you were searching for the job from last 2 yrs and you
have not received, at the time of interview. Second tell
them that sometimes the pay scale offered was the issue
and sometime was not getting the best prospect company as
per you think to work. Now it's your turn to impress them.
So at last tell that as i think If I get the opputinuty to
work with your company, under such a huge brand I will
proof myself and work to the level of satisfaction and
above for the company. and agree to all the noms of the
of the company offered at the time of the interview such as
pay, shifts, extra

try to understand the situation. it is ur problem tat u
should give answer. but according to me rather than giving
fake certificate u can show a good exporture towards ur
knowledge gaining towards ur proffession .try to find some
possitive ethics towards ur proffession and throw ur mind
set tat wat to do ,think wat u can give the best to be

if someone in ur family is doin some business, u can tel the interviewer that u were assissting dat prsn in the business..or u were gaining experience from dat..bt make sure u have gud knwldge of dat business....it wil help u in selection as wel ...as u'l have an edge over others in terms of experience

Please show them that you were engaged with some Ancestoral
land dispute & were out of station. ( or ) show them you
have done some course like SAP,Diploma course which would
help in your career . you can show a fake certificate.
But dont show any illness that would give a bad impact

Hello Everyone , I have done Graduation and a diploma in aviation & Hospitality, planning to do MBA in HR Mgt and i have one and half year of experience in admin. Front office executive and now i m working as a help desk executive but now i want myself to work with HR dept . But in interview i won't be able to answer that why am i changing my profile to get into HR Dept? Please help me to answer this question thank you.
