Answer

Bpo is the fastest growing industry, as i feel i can grow
with the industry & also develop my written & communication
skills. The only industry where a single minute is counted
& work hard to reach the set benchmarks. So bpo is best
industry where i can learn as well as earn.

The bpo industry gives more preference to Good
communication skills ; as gud communication skills means
speaking in english with good vocabulary & less grammetical
errors & also your written skills should be gud.
First round - JAM Round ( Just a minute ) as you would be
asked to speak for 1minute about yourself or a given topic
Ie Favorite movie , Favorite holiday destination etc.
Second round - GD ( Grup discussion )
Third round - Logical reasoning ( Written test )
Fourth Round - HR Round ( Salary negotiations )
Most BPOS Follow this process but it is not standard.

GUD BPO'S Like WIPRO, Dell , Serco , Infosys etc
These bpos have International presence & you get a very gud

The basic disadvantage is we get a communication gap with
others,heavy radiations can cause brain tumor, get addicted
to mobile & the usage of human brain is reduced,causes
fatal road accidents when we speak on mobile when driving.

hi jitendar why have you selected hr as ur mba specialization the answer would be hr is my area of interest and we have different verticals of hr like recruitment training and development payroll. as it deals with managing people decreasing the conflicts and as i m good at managing people i have chosen hr.

i would obviousily feel happy but we shouldnt get overexcited
as the girls dont like people who are very excited. Rather
react as if you have seen a common girl. Be freindly & give

Please show them that you were engaged with some Ancestoral
land dispute & were out of station. ( or ) show them you
have done some course like SAP,Diploma course which would
help in your career . you can show a fake certificate.
But dont show any illness that would give a bad impact
