The Answer is something Like opposite to Mohammed Ans.

Client Dependent Data - If we make any changes in one client it wont reflect to other Client.

Suppose we have 3 client 100,200,300.

What are the data u configure in 100 that u can transport in to 200, and 300.
Ex - Customer Master, Material Master data.

Its dependent to that (100) client only.

Now,

Client Independent Data - Here the configuration can move from one client to another client. The data is not dependent to one client.

Ex - All configuration of company code, plant, sales Org etc.. Data are Client Independent.

Data can be move from 100-200-300.

client dependent means if we make change in one client it
will be reflected in all the clients.

I.e If we ahve 3 clients: 800,810,820. if we change in 820
it will change in 800 and 810 as well.

Client independent means if we change in 1 client it will
not be reflected in the other clients

clinet dependet data in sap the data that is highly required
for the configuration with out which we cannot do any
activity for eg; sales prices;dealers informtion ; exculsive
deals and discounts if any etc ;

Independet data like frre goods ; mateial determination ;
shipping; packing etc
