Po can enter planned delivery cost. At the time of goods
receipt then only determined Unplanned delivery cost that
can enter in Miro in the field of un planned delivery cost

There are two ways to capture unplanned delivery costs.
1. With a separate line with G/L account in invoice (LIV)
2. Distributing costs in weigted average proportion between
the invoice items ( conventional invoice)

This is defined at company code level in customizing under
path, MM->LIV->configure how unplanned delivery costs are
posted.
