interaction with the upcomming employee and remove the fear
about his job assurance by motivate him and other cost
cutting measures in all aspects.

The main responsibility of HR during recession is

1) To avoid panic situation.
2) Conduct meetings and explain them that due to this recession termination will not occur.
3) Take necessary steps to retain key resources.
4) If recession is during appraisal time definitely company will not provide any increment therefore this information has to be sent to employees in an understandable way.
5) HR expenses should be minimized by various steps.

I have just completed my MS.c.Computer Science And Technology, but i wanna join as HR in some MNC company. So, i wanna know wat steps shd i take to enter into that field? And i dont have any idea about HR.
