casting? 2) how much cement bags are required for 1sqm
4inch brick wall? 3) Is it viable to provide overlap at
column , beam & slab junction. if no why? 4) if bar dia is
changing in column reinforcement , which dia bars overlap
is considered? 5) what is isolated and ecentric footing?

vertically no. of bricks used of dimensins 19*9*9cm along
with a key mortar dimension of 10mm with each brisk is 10
slly horizontally the no of bricks used will be 10
length of cement used will be 10cm vertically and 8cm
horizontally
so area of cement used is 80 cm^2
1m^2=28.8 bags of cement
.8 *10^-2 m^2=.2304 bags of cement
but if we take mortar of 1:3 ratio instead of cement then
the cement used will be .2304\3=.0768bags of cement
