First Add the role that need to be deleted in a Transport.
then delete it. If there is no transport already, then
create one for it and then add the role marked for deletion
to it and then only we have to delete the role.

If the role is deleted without adding it to a transport then
we will not be able to delete the same role in other systems
like Acceptance / Quality / Production in CUA Environment.

There are 2 ways of Role deletion:

1: Direct
a-->Go to PFCG
b-->Enter the Role Name which need to delete
c-->Click on Delete button
(this need to be repeated in all the systems and clients from where you need to remove the role)

2: Through Transport
a--> Goto PFCG
b-->Click on Utilities-->Mass Transport
c-->Enter the Roles which you need to delete
d-->Which will create a transport request for that roles.
e-->after transport request is create Delete the roles as per above method(1-Direct)
f-->Then release the transport request.
g-->Import the transport request to other systems and clients from where you need to delete that roles.
h-->All the roles listed in that transport request once imported will be deleted automatically

First of you have to ensure that whether the role is in only development system or it is in development, quality, production.
> if the role is in only development then directly go to PFCG enter role and delete it.
> if the role is in dev, quality, production, then the process is, create transport request using se10 and load the role into transport request through PFCG and now delete the role in development system and release the transport request it will delete the role in all systems

Go to transaction pfcg and witch role u want delete select the transport
Button and create a transport request after goto se10 transaction in that
transaction we release transport request number . After again go to pfcg
We delete the role, after that we sent request number to Qua system to production system

If we delete a role directly , only role dele but if we process above method
In role inside data also deleted

Procedure to delete a role is:
Go to pfcg
select the role which u want to delete
click on change button
and click on delete button
so that its asks for deletion of role with all the
information say YES it deletes the role with complete data
