I think dis wud lyk dream cum true for any individual b'cuz
the first thing wud be he can work independtly,secondly he
can draw his own imaginations,As his target wud be set in
advance all he needs to do is refer and learn the max from
the past experience from the superiors and his old
experience.When any Assignment is given dat means
definately thr wud be the best possible way to express and
present it.
