1 5502im an engineering graduate (BE me) i have experience of 1.5 yrs in non technical BPO, i can justify abt my reasons for takin up call centers but they are asking me why have u chosen non technical being from technical side, i cant find any suitable answer to that question (basically im weak in technical concepts) so kindly tell me wat to say in this regard
