ADDWT Function will add the wage type in payroll as well as
other functions

ADDWT * Store wage type in IT/OT

ADDWT 1103 All the current values for amt, num and rte
are added to the values that are currently held in wt 1103

ADDWT&T Adds the current wage type to the variable
table as T - which can be used at a later stage

ADDWTA* The values in the wage type are copied to
the previous employer table VAG - called in the rules XDPI,
