The hiring process depends on the size of the company and no. of positions or resources required to recruit. This basically depends from company to company and domain to domain field to field. In larger companies hiring takes 3 to 4 rounds of interviews followed by written tests. In Small to Medium companies with 1or 2 round of interview processes will be conducted based on the need requirements. Selection processes vary based on the industry norms and HR process etc., Hiring is a process in which all the suitable applied candidates will be screened for interviews or tests based on the suitable education and experiences required for the job roles. Once the selected candidates are recruited to the specific jobs the process will be completed.
