in ERP various tools are used,SAP is one of them ,another tools are HCM management softwares, like peoplesoft, HRMS, petal etc etc etc
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) – CRM is Customer-oriented and managed by marketing and sales department which often represents organization to the world. Just like ERP manages information inside organization, CRM manages
information about existing and potential customers so as to build better relations with them.
MIS is an arrangement that makes available information needed to administer an organization effectively. Were as, an ERP joins together all the internal and external management information transversely throughout an entire organization, embracing all the areas like finance, production, sales and service.
