If you got to sell something.....firstly you should be in his
shoes ....understand his mentality....what is he searching
for....a youth wants looks,music player,wap etc......older one
wants good battery back up,clear voice.....or something like
that!
and tone up in the same way.......in other words "you should
talk in other person's interest"

firstly we should be familiar with all the details of that
cell. then we should be in the position to answer every
question posed by the customer. If he/she is a youth, then
we should majorly focus on all the latest technology it has.
but if he/she is an older one then we have to focus on
battery backup and compatibility.

Well it depends on which sales cycle stage the customer is
in, for example: does he have a phone or not and if yes for
how long and why he is changing his phone.
seek to listen more than to speak and list your features
and benifits till you totally undersatnd the customer
situation.
Ask questions to find out the situation,
Ask questions digging for problems he is faced or facing,
Ask about the problems he said, and how big it is and try
to magnify the problem,example (when the battery dies
quickly how does it affect your work?
magnify as much as possible untill the issue is clear in
his eyes.
only then start to come up with the solution for his
problems one by one using your products features that
supplies the solutions.
Do not over sell the features, if someone meets your needs
that is when you buy.
One last tip, think win win, and make sure you consider his
win always , as it is the reason for him to buy.

Before selling cell phone or any product, we need to have
complete product knowlege (Advantages and Disadvantages).
Before selling, I will know the needs of the buyer(customer).
I will sell the product(cell phone) by explaining the feature of the (cell phone) next i will convence the costmer and i will inform about the disadvantages and solutions for the disadvantages because we need to correct information to the customer. As getting a customer is easy than maintaing good and long relationship with customer.
