Before selling cell phone or any product, we need to have
complete product knowlege (Advantages and Disadvantages).
Before selling, I will know the needs of the buyer(customer).
I will sell the product(cell phone) by explaining the feature of the (cell phone) next i will convence the costmer and i will inform about the disadvantages and solutions for the disadvantages because we need to correct information to the customer. As getting a customer is easy than maintaing good and long relationship with customer.
