Yes it is possible to step down from33/.433kv But it can only depend upon the transformer turn ratio its ht turn will be in large nos than 11/.433kv.

Answer / anas
cuz u have to pass it first on substation (distribution
boards) to make it easier cut and start the current in case
of any fault happened and if u didnt do that damage we will
be easy not just easy very very very easy and cause the
transmission stations to damage and u will loss power when
u transform from 33kv to 430v directly ahuge amount of
current will be in the cable that means very huge cable
besides loads alaways

Answer / devesh mishra
yes we can directly step down from 33/.433kv.
the lv side remains constant for 11 or 33kv & hv side
depends on load i.e,
for load upto 1.5 mva 11kv ht line is required, whereas
for load above 1.5 mva 33kv ht line is required

If i have two 3000 kW motors and the whole facility requires a 10 MVA transformer. What would be better installing two 5 MVA transformers(one for 1 motor ) or just a single 10 MVA transformer for both of them. Give reasons for your answer.
In a d.c circuit, if current and resistance are known, power (P=I*I*R) can be determined. This relationship also applied to an a.c circuit. Comment the reason for this.
