Early effect is same as Channel lenght modulation in
MOS ...as of at pinch off voltage the effective length of
inversion layer decreases ,the resisitance get decreases
eventually drain current get increases.

For a NMOS transistor acting as a pass transistor, say the gate is connected to VDD, give the output for a square pulse input going from 0 to VDD
