How to schedule counter base maintenance plant for DG in
power plant that need 800hr per month maintthis
steps i followed.
1)i have created meas pt with counter (IK01) created meas
document IK11 then schedule thru IP10.
but not getting due order list in ip24.
can any one help me by telling exact cycle.

Hi
First of all, you cannot get 800 hrs per month...
For counter based... it will schedule in two days... like..
days and hours... but.. if u schedule in IP10..it wil take
the annual reading and schedule the dates.. So.. if the
running hrs didn't reach, but the date reached... so.. it
will open a order...
Give the annual reading according to the running hrs of the
DG.. then u will get

Ist if you want u can make strategy plan with counter base
for that make strategy thro IP11 ( 200,400,600,800 Hrly
operation PM check list & attach Taskl list to PM plan)
iindly two type of schedulling one is manual other is
automatic ,. make the program standard RISHTRA20 THROUGH
IP10 dead line monitoring with varient for particular plan
on periodic basis i.e. every day night or weekly basis.
that sit you will get PM order through automatic
schedulling.

in one month we can run Dg 24 hrs
we get only 720 hrs as per ur question suppose dg will run
800 hrs follow the below steps. just imagine.
create single cycle plan.
crate equipment(DG)
Assign task list for this equipment
Create measuring point with ik01
create measuring document with ik11
Create plan with ip01 (for every 800 running hrs)
scedule the plan with ip10
