TWO WAYS.WE WANT TO GIVE 150 MMWC ON THE LOWER SIDE AND
ZERO PRESSURE ON HIGHER SIDE AND SHOULD GET THE OUT PUT OF
4 mA.AND ZERO PRESSURE ON THE SIDE OF LOWER AND 400 mmWC ON
THE HIGHER SIDE AND SHOULD GET THE OUT PUT OF 20mA.
IF NO PRESSURE ON BOTH SIDES THE OUTPUT SHOULD BE 8.36 mA
(IF IT IS A 4-20mA TRANSMITTER)

We always have to apply pressure on the high side of the
transmitter. You cannot apply pressure on the lower side,
though if you will apply it gives you the negative reading.

You Can Calibrate in Two different Ways:
1) By applying normal pressure according to the range i.e.
(-150) mmwc with vacuum pump and observe 4 mA and keeping
this pressure on LP side apply 400 mmwc in HP side and
observe 20 mA (in steps).
2) Apply 150 mmwc on LP side and observe 4 ma [HP-LP=0-150
= (-150 )], then keep LP side open 0 mmwc and create
550mmwc (400+150) span by applying pressure on HP side and
observe 20 mA (in steps). If no pressure on both the side
your TX will give o/p = 8.36 mA

we want to control pump in let pressure and tank (for exp) our inlet line if water cam and pump will on and when our tank will full pump will off also if our inlet pressure low pump will off even tank not full.this pump i want to uses on our water supply line.
what is difference between total flow and flow rate in general ?? explain it with daily life example.
A pressure differential gauge type of instrument has a manifold with 2 isolation valves (hp and lp),2 vents(1 each for hp and lp) and 1 equalizing valve. Determine the position of each valve(either fully closed or fully open) when troboulshooting to: 1. zero the transmitter. 2. determine if there is a block in the impulse line. 3. determine if the gauge is functioning properly. The process fluid is water.
